Our solar panels provide us with enough energy to power the majority of our café’s daily needs. By recycling solar power, our chefs and bakers are allowed to prepare your delicacies with precision while minimizing energy waste in our kitchen—equipped with modern electric stoves, ovens, refrigerators and dishwashers—also following the highest hygienic standards.
We’ve also designed our dining area to make the most of sunlight by utilizing skylights to brighten up the space throughout day. Not only does this reduce our dependence on artificial lighting but it also contributes to our guest receiving a warm, welcoming ambiance when coming into our cozy, earthy eatery.
