At Rooted & Brewed, we are dedicated to giving our customers the freshest and tastiest of dishes through sustainable means. Our food takes the long journey from local farms to your table and back to the earth through our composting practices.

In our café, no food scrap is wasted. Biodegradable materials--from leftover peels to coffee grounds--are collected and sent to our onsite composter, turning into nutrient rich soil. You’ll be pleased to find our personal greenhouse and herb garden takes advantage of this. Our lush garden grows a variety of herbs, seasonal vegetables and even flowers for your romantic date nights. This process creates a full circle system that benefits the environment while also enhancing the flavors of the meals we happily serve to our customers. We find passion when it comes to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, honoring nature with the ingredients it provides.

Our menu is a reflection of our commitment through our inclusion of vegetarian and vegan options. The methods we utilize to portion and prepare food is designed to minimize waste, with any leftovers being composted. In addition, all our carry-outs are packaged in biodegradable materials from recyclable containers to compostable straws. Whether dining in or taking out, you can rest assured that your meal aligns with your values.
