That is why we devote a portion of our profits to organizations dedicated to environmental and agricultural research. These donations fund critical studies on further developing methods to combat climate change, many of which we use in our very eatery.
At Rooted and Brewed we recognize that water is our most precious resource. To minimize our contamination, we’ve implemented systems that recycle rainwater and condensation from our dehumidifiers. This water is used for non-potable purposes, such as watering the plants in our gardens and cleaning outdoor areas to maintain the café’s lovely greenery.
